EA process.
- Mike
Tiemann, DOE, for Leadership as the Chair of the Enterprise Architecture Working
Group of the Federal CIO Council.
- Lew
Sanford,
GSA, for his exceptional efforts in supporting the Fed CIO Council and OMB's E-Gov
initiatives.
- Lee
Holcomb, for his leadership of the Federal CIO Council AIC and support of
the many OMB efforts.
- Randy
Hite, GAO, for his development of the EA assessment report for Congressman
Davis' committee.
- Debra
Diaz, for her leadership in putting into action the E-Government concepts
into FirstGov portal.

Rob Thomas,
USAF, Award for Pioneering the use of Enterprise Architectures in the Air Force
and Customs Service.
- Jim
Reid, CIA, for his efforts in establishing Enterprise Architectures as a cornerstone
for IT planning in the Intel Community.
- Robin
Quinlin, OSD ATL, for her leadership in helping transform antiquated EA processes
in DoD.

Woody Hall, for his outstanding leadership and accomplishments in making
EA implementable. Congrats on having the highest GAO Enterprise Architecture grade
point average.
- Paul
Kurtz, for his role in architecting the Cyber-Security Strategy for the National
Security Council and Homeland Defense.
- Bill
McVay, for Developing and Issuing Federal Policy for the Integration of Enterprise
Architecture and Capital Planning.
- Dr
Laura Callahan, for her Architecture Leadership by Integrating Enterprise
Architecture and Capital Planning at Dept of Labor.
Three
special awards were also made unbeknownst to the awardees:
- Debra
Stouffer, for her service to OMB and the IT community in moving Enterprise
Architectures into the mainstream.
- Jim
Flyzik, for his unwavering dedication to the Federal CIO Community.
- Mark
Forman, for his vision, leadership and follow through in making Enterprise
Architectures actionable in the federal government. Without his leadership, none
of this would have happened.
