Mr. Haynes is a entrepreneurial broad-based, visionary, and thought leader professional specializing in Information Assurance (IA). He has extensive management and hands on experience in strategic and tactical implementation of E-Commerce, E-Government and E-Business related products and services. He has fifteen years IA (security) related experience coupled with twenty years Credit Card industry. He takes great pleasure applying what he has learned and become, to government (Defense & Civilian) and commercial (domestic and international) sectors. Noted for his visionary, proactive problem solving, he provides close client relationships at multiple organizational levels. Mr. Haynes focuses on the "process" of protecting and defending information and information systems ensuring confidentiality, integrity, availability and accountability extending to restoration with protect, detect, monitor and react capabilities.

Mr. Haynes consults to senior level management on a regular basis, to define overall corporate strategic positioning and tactical direction to enhance corporate level value and provide business advantage. He leads by example empowering resources to act with speed, simplicity, and self confidence.

With his vision and insight, coupled with his security clearance, Mr. Haynes is periodically requested to assist the US Government by engaging in strategic joint agency initiatives.
