Thank you for your interest in the Interoperability Clearinghouse. As a government chartered 501(c) 6 non-profit research institute, we believe that ICH offers a unique set of capabilities and service offerings which will add significant value to your organization.
Under our charter, and core to our mission, ICH is able to facilitate an environment for public and private sector collaboration, along with academia. Our objective is to provide mentoring, proven processes and mechanisms to both public and private sector constituents which promote more rapid evaluation and acquisition of commercially proven technologies.
When we achieve our objectives, commercial technology suppliers have better visibility and market success in providing solutions and capabilities the government customers really need, government IT programs and investments have better success rates, and the taxpayer is receiving better value.
Attached is an industry membership package that includes a description of the value and range of service options that we provide.
To summarize, ICH exists to serve the best interests of both our public sector partners and our private sector partners. We hope to facilitate the government’s ability to define, evaluate and acquire information technology solutions which better reflect the market driven dynamics and best practices of the commercial marketplace. To balance our public sector activities, we facilitate industry’s ability to understand, articulate and prove how existing solutions and best practices match capabilities and requirements being requested by the government.
Once you have had a chance to read through our short brief, I am confident that you will find value in some or all of the capabilities and services that ICH can provide to your organization. We should schedule a time to sit down to answer any questions you may have and determine how best to proceed.
Thank you again for your interest in ICH and I look forward to adding your organization to our family of partners.
Cordially,
John Weiler Founder and Chief Technology Officer Interoperability Clearinghouse (703) 768-0400
