ICH offers standard packaged research institute membership/subscription services to our private industry partners which are detailed below.

Additionally ICH offers a full range of highly customizable business strategy and mentoring services which are tailored to partner specific requirements.  These services are typically, but not limited to, assisting partners in reducing time, cost and barriers to achieving desired outcomes.  

Sample Offerings:

·         Facilitated Outreach to Government Agencies. ICH will provides access to individualized research and assessments as pertains to a member’s offering.

·         Product/Service Positioning. ICH can perform a gap analysis on product offering and provide a Capability-based analysis into what agencies business/military requirements are/are not being satisfied.

·         Pilot Targeting. Provide awareness of matched capabilities and your offerings with targeted business areas. This may include Customer Solution Architecture educational programs to share best practices.

·         Market Intelligence.  Awareness of contextualized product information in terms of business fit, interoperability and security from a market perspective and their comparisons.

·         Public Sector and Congressional outreach. Facilitate and educate agency PMs and CxOs on the value of leveraging proven capabilities of the market. This can include congressional support activities advantages to a needed government capabilities.

·         Accelerated Certification and Accreditation. Position solutions for accelerated C&A in Capabilities-based Acquisitions.  Establish reusable processes and artifacts for subsequent acquisitions.

·         Independent Solution Audits. This program provides an independent audit process for verifying COTS products or solution sets useable in response to request for proposals. The verification report from this audit by independent experts will establish re-useable evidence-based proof of the solution meeting customer requirements, budget and schedule.
