Cost: $23,750 per year

The ICH Basic Membership is the first step in transforming antiquated architecture processes and joining the growing community of enterprise architects. The Basic Membership enables those concerned with the competency of IT planning activities to access commercial best practices and leverage the combined lessons learned of tens of thousands of engineers and over 2,500 govt./industry CIOs.

B. COMPONENT ARCHITECTURE AUDIT (normalizes selection criteria for solution framework)

Cost: $23,750 per Architecture Artifact

The ICH architecture audit can be applied to one of many architecture views including; Business Architecture, Security Architecture, Technical Architecture, Application Architecture, Data Architecture, Systems Architecture, or Technical Reference Model. The ICH Architecture Audit provides a detailed assessment of any one of your architecture products to identify mechanisms that increase it's viability and effectiveness in aligning business needs with technical solutions. The out put is an architecture remediation report that details specific actions to make your architecture actionable.

C. PROGRAM PLANS ARCHITECTURE AUDIT (aligns project plan with enterprise architecture requirements)

Cost: $23,750. Per Project

The ICH Project Plan architecture helps in-process programs conform to new OMB reporting requirements and aligns with the business reference model. This independent Audit provides management with an effective tool for ensuring that the project at hand is lined up with the mission of an the organization while templates for capturing the architecture requirements in a cost effective manner. The out put is an architecture report that help management ensure the target project team has the necessary tools for tracking and measuring the progress of a major automation initiative.
